Rup Investments is developing a new luxury resort destination along Fiji's picturesque Suncoast in Rakiraki, Northern Viti Levu.
Following the acquisition of the Wananavu Resort property in 2020, the company has embarked on a major investment to establish a new, world-class hospitality destination, contributing to the continued growth of Fiji's tourism industry.
The new Wananavu Resort is planned to feature approximately 100 guest rooms, incorporating private luxury villas, premium resort accommodation, restaurants, swimming pools, leisure facilities and beautifully landscaped surroundings.
Construction is progressing in stages, with the first collection of luxury villas planned to welcome guests in 2027, followed by the development of additional resort facilities and accommodation.
Sustainability is a key consideration in the project, with plans for a large-scale solar energy system to help power the resort, reduce reliance on grid electricity and support environmentally responsible operations.
